Firm launches personal injury app
An iPhone application that provides accident victims with instant access to a solicitor has been launched by personal injury specialists, Bott & Co.
The Car Accident Assistant provides 24-hour accident support as well as a multi-media toolkit which allows the victim to collect information on the vehicle involved, log the location of the accident and take photographs of the accident.
Users will be able to download the application via iTunes as well as downloading accident advice and updates to their iPhone handset.
David Bott, managing partner of Bott & Co said: "The advice a potential claimant gets is free, if they then want to proceed with a claim we will then process the claim and look after the damaged vehicle and even ensure the accident victim can get home.
"It's all about customer service and we feel this application gives any accident victim instant comfort that someone is looking after them. We are in talks with a number of interested insurers who see this as a valuable customer service application for their policy holders."
